Meet the Partners

Richard Frank

Richard Frank CPA has a BS degree in accounting. Upon graduation, Rich went to work for Deloitte & Touche and Price Waterhouse for a combined total of 8 years. He started his accounting and tax career in Los Angeles where he worked in the tax department for Deloitte & Touche. He later transferred to Dhahran, Saudi Arabia in their International Tax Department. He moved to Houston in 1994 and went to work for Price Waterhouse in 1995. He left Price Waterhouse in March of 1995 and started the firm known as Richard Frank, CPA. His experience is in both tax and accounting issues. Additionally, he has taken extensive classes in Business Valuations.
